In the age of AI, I wonder where we as humans fit in… what are we for? Daniel Pink answers that in the video, Why Taste Matters More Than Skill. I’ve been reading Daniel Pink for a number years and find his take on business, what drives human response, selling, etc., to be refreshingly thought provoking. Pink makes a compelling argument that taste is the ultimate skill for us to develop to stay relevant and rise above the mediocrity of AI generated content. As artists, we may have an edge. That’s assuming, of course, that we are growing as artists and spending more time creating than consuming.
